SENIOR LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE NHS

The King’s Fund leadership development programmes develop NHS staff skills in meeting the challenge for high-quality, safe and compassionate care whilst increasing productivity and facilitating clinical engagement across directorates and teams.

We assist on these programmes in the leadership development of participants through Leadership Programme delivery, Action Learning Sets and Application Groups. We assess leadership skills in Development Centres and work with the OD Consultancy team on strategic development work for the NHS.

Work has included Nationwide HR Reform with NHS Improvement, a culture review with Health, Safety and Investigations Branch, Clinical Director programmes and leadership development centres in St Georges NHS Foundation Trust, Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
