Helen has been working in Organisational Change for over 20 years. She is experienced in working with a range of global and UK based organisations, both big and small, and from various sectors. She loves the stimulation and stretch that this variety provides and finds huge fulfilment in partnering clients, to navigate the highs, lows and ‘mess’ of change together.

Prior to working as a Consultant and Coach, Helen worked for the John Lewis Partnership and the Woolworths Group, where she had operational and commercial experience in addition to positions in Organisation Effectiveness, Talent and Change. A consultant now for 15 years, she has worked independently and as a Director within a consulting firm.

Helen is passionate about her own development. She holds a PGDip in Management Studies from the University of Oxford, the ILM level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, and a Certificate in Agile Project Management. Additionally, she is a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) in the Organisational field of application. She enjoys learning with and from both colleagues and clients.

Helen lives in St Alban’s with her husband and son. She is a keen runner, theatre lover and has more recently developed a passion for gardening and runs her own consultancy https://hceconsulting.co.uk/
